Start around Jeongdok Library
Jeongdok Library is at 48 Bukchon-ro 5-gil, Jongno-gu. The area offers a quieter pause between neighbourhood streets and art spaces. Check the library’s current visitor information before planning to use a particular room or facility.
Look for the purple caricature studio
Our Bukchon studio is on the first floor at 79 Yulgok-ro 3-gil. Follow the studio map below rather than relying only on the colour of a storefront. Anguk Station Exit 1 is the access point described in our studio guides.
See the drawing take shape
The journal shows an artist at work and visitors holding their finished portrait. A familiar expression, hairstyle or shared smile gives each picture a character of its own. Sitting for a portrait can add a personal experience to a day spent looking at art.
